Anglican Global Mission Partners
Anglican Global Mission Partners (AGMP) is a voluntary, networking partnership of Anglican organizations that includes mission agencies, cross-cultural ministries, theological institutions, churches, dioceses and jurisdictions throughout North America. By intentionally collaborating, we increase the impact of one another’s ministries and the Body of Christ, beginning here at home and extending globally. AGMP envisions a church passionately committed to making disciples of all nations in the name of Jesus Christ.
Network of Evangelical Women in Ministry
The Network of Evangelical Women in Ministry (NEWIM) was born out of one woman’s need to connect with other women who were ministering to others, for the purpose of sharing ideas, resources, and spiritual encouragement. The women found tremendous support both personally and for their ministries.
Today, we continue to be a network of evangelical women who love Jesus and want our service to flow from a vibrant walk with him.
Trinity Anglican Seminary
Trinity Anglican Seminary is to be a global center for Christian formation in the evangelical Anglican tradition, producing outstanding leaders who can plant, renew, and grow churches that make disciples of Jesus Christ.
Formation at Trinity is closely attuned to the Anglican Church in North America’s formational standards. Specifically, the ACNA College of Bishops requires that those preparing for ordained ministry are equipped in the following areas: Holy Scripture, Church History, Anglican Church History, Doctrine, Liturgics, Moral Theology & Ethics, Ascetical Theology, Practical Theology, and the Missionary Work of the Church.
Talbot School of Theology
Talbot takes the power and authority of the Bible seriously — which is why it’s strongly committed to scholarship and rigorous academic study of God’s Word. Because of Talbot’s presence within Biola University, students and faculty can experience a place of learning that encourages biblical integration, having a breadth of knowledge and engaging with scholars from all fields of study. Biola is also home to the Center for Christian Thought, a research center for Christian scholars.
The Anglican Center of Theology and Formation
The Anglican Center of Theology and Formation is an endeavor to offer supplemental theological education and ministry training to individuals preparing for Anglican holy orders. ACTF is a joint project between the Arizona Anglican Deanery and the Diocese of Western Anglicans seeking to integrate Anglican studies with master’s degrees such as the Master of Divinity or master’s in biblical, theological, or ministry studies earned at non-Anglican seminaries and universities. A working relationship exists between ACTF and the Missional Training Center of Phoenix, which offers an MA in Missional Theology.
Missional Training Center
We are committed to developing theological education that will effectively train missional leaders in the greater Phoenix area for the realities they face in equipping God’s people to be a faithful witnessing presence in life, word, and deed in our contemporary world. We enjoy a full partnership with Covenant Theological Seminary, St Louis as an extension site to offer an accredited M.A. degree in Missional Theology. Our petitions for a full extension site and for an M.A. (Missional Theology) have been approved by both Association of Theological Schools (ATS) and the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
